As a Customer Success Manager / Customer Project Manager, you will play an integral role in the product led delivery to our clients. You will drive business value from customer relationships, obsess over productivity, and ensure that we never do the same thing twice. Knowing the product and its possibilities will be one of your greatest strengths. You will be a crucial driver for our API-first strategy.
During implementations, you will lead a cross-functional team of AML experts, engineers, and data scientists. The team will work towards an effortless customer experience while onboarding the system and strive for continuous improvement in products and procedures. After implementations, your focus shifts towards working with product management and sales to make sure our customers are efficiently using the correct products.
