Lucinity is a SaaS startup in Reykjavík, London and New York using Human AI to Make Money Good. Our AI-based anti-money laundering platform helps banks uncover criminal activities in their data while explaining what it finds and how. Do you want to help our customers shine a light on dark finance?

About you
As a Customer Success Manager / Customer Project Manager, you will play an integral role in the product led delivery to our clients. You will drive business value from customer relationships, obsess over productivity, and ensure that we never do the same thing twice. Knowing the product and its possibilities will be one of your greatest strengths. You will be a crucial driver for our API-first strategy.

During implementations, you will lead a cross-functional team of AML experts, engineers, and data scientists. The team will work towards an effortless customer experience while onboarding the system and strive for continuous improvement in products and procedures. After implementations, your focus shifts towards working with product management and sales to make sure our customers are efficiently using the correct products.

  • In-depth knowledge of Lucinity’s product or service
  • Understanding of the customer and their needs
  • Skills to proactively choreograph the customers' journey towards their goals

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding the power of removing friction in buying processes
  • Ability to oversee API based implementations
  • Experience in customer-facing customer success, project management, account management, or strategic consulting organization (experience in B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
  • Experience in agile procedures such as lean and scrum is a plus
  • Proficient in building strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to keep a cool head while working under pressure
